We believe we have created a better way to purchase a vehicle.  We think our customers should be able to purchase a vehicle like anything else, for instance     a gallon of milk.  With no haggling, just our best price on every car, every day.  Whether you are looking at New or Pre-Owned we have it HASSLE FREE         priced on the vehicle, so there are no surprises.  We feel this takes the pressure off our customers, and us.  We also carry the same philosophy when it         comes to trade-ins as well.  We will present our customers with an actual cash value of their trade.  We do not inflate our sale prices to show a customer     false value for their trade.  Whether you buy from us or not we will purchase your vehicle for the decided value.  We feel this way of doing business will not     only take the pressure off of our customers, but our sales associates as well.  We want you and your sales person to be able to do all the necessary             research, to make an informed decision without the anticipation of grueling negotiations.  We hope you will give us the opportunity to show you how this         way of doing business can save you time, money and most importantly stress.  Below are the most common questions about our new hassle free prices. 





Q.    How do you determine the hassle free price?
A.    We have computer software that researches every like vehicle for sale in the region.  As well it researched the prices in which comparable vehicles
        have been sold.  We use that data to get an actual market based transaction price for the car. 

Q.    Why did Midway Auto Dealerships make the switch to Hassle Free Pricing?
A.    There are several reasons we made the switch.  First, we feel our customers should know the price up front before they ever test drive the vehicle.
        Second, the stress of negotiation is no good for anyone involved.  Finally, we want every customer to know they are getting a good deal.  The deal you
        receive should not be decided by your negotiating skills. 

Q.    How does the value of a trade in come into play with no hassle pricing?
A.    That is one of the best parts of no hassle pricing.  We will give our customers an accurate value on their trade.  In the automobile industry it is
        called actual cash value or ACV.  A customer's trade's value is very similar to any dealer in the area.  The difference in shown value comes when a
        dealer has an inflated sales price with lots of markup.  The actual value of the vehicle is lot less than what is shown.  We want to give our customers
        accurate information so they can make an informed decision.  Whether the customer buys a vehicle from us or not we will buy their trade for the value we
        tell them. 

Q.    Do the prices of the vehicles change?
A.    We reevaluate every vehicle every 15 days.  So daily we are reevaluating our inventory.  We want to be sure our hassle free price in accurate and the
        best price we can offer.

Q.    How does the free car washes for life work?
A.    It is very simple.  You buy a vehicle from us and you can come to our Chrysler store Saturday mornings between 8am and 11 am to get a free car wash.

Q.    How does the maintenance free for a year work?
A.    When a customer buys a new or certified pre-owned vehicle from us they receive free maintenance for a year.  You get 4 oil changes and two tire
        rotations to be used in the next 365 days.

Q.    Why did you start the free maintenance program?
A.    We want our customers entire ownership experience to be hassle free, not just the purchase.  So for the first year we want our customers to get a
        free preview of our service department.  We know we have the best service technicians and advisors in the area , we want our customers to get
        the opportunity to meet each and every one.
